• New customers must name their referrer when booking.
• The first cleaning must total at least $150 after discounts, before taxes.
• One $20 reward per new customer or household. No self-referrals.
• Canceled or refunded jobs do not qualify.
• Checks are mailed within 14 days after the qualifying cleaning is completed and fully paid. Mailing details are confirmed privately.
• Referral rewards are separate from reviews.

Please request all cleaning and property services 24–48 hours before the requested start time; 48 hours is preferred. Requests made less than 24 hours before service require approval from our office. Availability is not guaranteed, and submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

Clear clothing, toys, and personal belongings from the areas being cleaned. Secure valuables and fragile items, keep pets safely away from work areas, and confirm entry and parking instructions. Working electricity and running water must be available. Tell us your highest-priority tasks before we begin.

• Working vacuum with attachments; broom and dustpan; mop with clean pads or mop and bucket.
• Clean microfiber cloths, with separate cloths for kitchens and bathrooms; duster.
• Non-scratch sponges or scrub pads; tub and shower brush; toilet brush.
• All-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, bathroom cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, and cleaner approved for your flooring.
• Surface-safe degreaser, disinfectant, and extension duster when needed for your selected tasks.
• Trash bags that fit your bins; clean linens if your package includes bed-linen changes.

Keep products in their original labeled containers. Products and equipment must be safe, suitable, and in working condition. Tell us about delicate surfaces or special care instructions. We do not mix cleaning chemicals.

There is no automatic supplies fee for labor-only bookings. If required items are missing, you may approve a one-time $25 fee per visit to use our available standard supplies and equipment. We’ll explain the charge and get your approval before using our supplies or equipment.

If you decline, tasks requiring the missing items will be skipped. Skipped tasks do not reduce the agreed minimum booking charge. Whenever possible, we’ll use the remaining booked time on other agreed tasks.

If only one or two minor cleaning products are missing, we’ll waive the fee when suitable company products are available. Missing equipment, such as a vacuum or mop, does not qualify for this exception. Full-service cleaning already includes standard supplies and equipment.

Hours apply to each cleaner. Two cleaners working for two hours equals four cleaner-hours. Completion depends on your home’s size and condition, selected tasks, and booked time. The minimum booking time does not guarantee that every task can be completed.

Heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, and additional requests may need more time or a revised quote. Additional time and charges require your approval before work continues. Laundry, moving furniture, and unsafe or inaccessible areas are excluded. We do not clean pet waste, pet accidents, pet stains, or persistent pet odors. Individual blind-slat cleaning is not offered.

Travel within 30 one-way driving miles of 1905 N Sherman St., Suite 200, Denver, CO 80203 is included. Properties more than 30 miles away are subject to a $30 travel fee per visit, including qualifying recurring visits. Our office verifies driving distance and confirms the fee before booking.

A 25% deposit is credited toward your approved total. Deposits are nonrefundable for customer cancellations, except where required by law.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may transfer your deposit once to a replacement appointment, subject to availability. Contact our office within 30 days of the original appointment to arrange the new date. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new deposit. Contact us about emergencies so we can review your circumstances.

If Way More Solutions LLC cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit. Requests and estimates do not reserve an appointment; our office confirms the scope, schedule, price, and booking requirements first.

Provide entry, working electricity, and running water at the agreed arrival time. If we cannot enter or essential utilities are unavailable, we’ll try to contact you and allow up to 15 minutes to resolve the issue. If cleaning cannot begin, our team will leave. Please call the office to arrange a new appointment.

A $50 unsuccessful-visit fee covers travel and reserved time. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee. Any remaining credit will transfer to your replacement appointment. If your deposit is less than $50, the difference is due. No separate travel fee is added for that unsuccessful visit.

Example: The door is locked and we cannot reach you. A $75 deposit covers the $50 fee, leaving $25 in credit toward your replacement appointment. If your deposit was $30, the remaining $20 is due.

The remaining balance is due immediately after each completed visit for one-time and recurring residential cleaning. Your deposit is credited toward your approved total.

We accept exact cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Cleaners do not carry change. Checks and money orders are not accepted. Different billing terms require a separate written agreement with our office.

Recurring customers may request authorized automatic card payments through a secure payment provider. A separate authorization is required before charging a saved card. Itemized receipts are provided, and additional time or services require approval. Outstanding balances must be resolved before the next cleaning; contact us promptly about payment issues.

If our team misses an included task on your confirmed cleaning checklist, call or email our office by the end of the next business day after service. Describe the missed task and provide photos if possible.

We’ll review your concern and arrange for a cleaner to return at no additional charge only to complete the included tasks we missed. This is not another full cleaning or a new cleaning appointment.

Example: If the bathroom mirror was included but missed, we’ll return to clean that mirror. Other rooms and previously completed tasks are not cleaned again.

Correction visits are scheduled through our office, subject to availability. They exclude new cleaning needs and tasks documented as excluded or skipped because of missing supplies, unsafe conditions, or an agreed time limit. Your concerns matter, and we work with you to make things right.

If you believe damage occurred during your cleaning, contact our office immediately. Provide clear photos and a description of the affected item or area. We take damage reports seriously and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
