Commercial walkthrough requests do not require office approval or a deposit. Share your preferred walkthrough date and time below so we can coordinate the visit with you.

After the walkthrough, we’ll prepare a written proposal covering your cleaning checklist, visit frequency, price, supplies, travel fees, and payment terms. Requesting a walkthrough does not book cleaning or commit you to a service agreement.

Cleaning appointments require office approval. Please request cleaning 24–48 hours in advance; 48 hours is preferred. Cleaning requests under 24 hours require office approval.

Commercial cleaning requires an on-site walkthrough before we prepare a proposal. For other services, we will let you know whether photos provide enough detail or a walkthrough is needed.

  • Residential cleaning does not include laundry, pet waste, pet accidents, pet stains, or persistent pet odors. Exterior property cleanup does not include landscaping, snow or ice removal, ice melt, or irrigation repairs. Window cleaning is limited to safely accessible first-floor windows, with no roof access. Your quote confirms the tasks included and any additional service limits.
