Moving brings plenty to manage. Let Way More Solutions take care of the cleaning while you focus on settling in or handing over the keys. Our Platinum Move-In / Move-Out service gives an empty home detailed attention, from floors and baseboards to cabinet interiors and kitchen appliances.

Before we arrive: The home must be completely empty of furniture, personal belongings, and trash. Please clear all closets, cabinets, drawers, and shelves. Hauling, trash removal and disposal services are not included.

Rooms, Floors & Finishing Details

Hand-wipe windowsills and surrounding edges.
Clean light switches.
Remove cobwebs from safely reachable areas.
Sweep or vacuum floors, then mop as appropriate for the surface.
Dust accessible ceiling fans.
Clean the shelves and surfaces inside empty closets.
Dust mini-blinds without cleaning each slat individually.
Hand-wipe baseboards.
Clean both sides of doors and wipe doorframes.
Clean interior window glass within safe reach.

Bathrooms, Ready for a Fresh Start

Clean and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
Clean sinks, vanity counters, and backsplashes.
Clean mirrors and polish chrome fixtures.
Sweep and mop bathroom floors.
Clean both sides of doors and their frames.
Clean cabinet interiors and exteriors.

Kitchen, Inside & Out

Clean and sanitize sinks.

Basic Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Preparing for your visit: All furniture, personal belongings, and trash must be removed before cleaning begins. Cabinets, drawers, closets, and shelves must also be empty. Trash hauling and disposal are not included.

Throughout the Home

Wipe windowsills and their surrounding edges by hand.
Clean light switches.
